Rachelle is a textiles designer specialising in embroidery and embellishment.

Exploring playful and unexpected material combinations and pushing traditional embroidery techniques into pastures new I seek to take embroidery away from any fusty pre-conceptions. Constructing pieces predominantly by hand, sophisticated craftsmanship is at the core of my practise. Working collaboratively; to a clients brief; or solo and under my own direction I strive to balance fresh ideas and innovation with beauty and commercial awareness.

Having spent the last seventeen years supplying couture and luxury fashion brands with exclusive and inspiring designs, I am now embarking into new textile territory, creating an exciting and directional collection of bold and beautiful art pieces to adorn interiors.
