Bon Volks 10-Year Celebration
We are Bon Volks, a non-profit arts organisation operating in the spirit of common care and collective organising, providing affordable workspace to creative practitioners. Over the past ten years, we have supported Margate’s local community by holding creative workshops, creating environmental initiatives and facilitating neighbourhood action.
On Saturday 27 September 2025, we’ll celebrate our 10-year milestone with a day of open studios, performances, workshops, talks, and a few surprises, including the exhibition of works for our Silent Auction. The event is a chance to reflect on a decade of artistic practice and community building and to look ahead to the next ten years of sustaining and growing creative spaces in Margate.
Bon Volks Silent Auction
As part of our 10-year celebrations, we are hosting a Silent Auction to raise vital funds for the future of Bon Volks. The auction will feature artworks and creative services donated by our members, past residents, and like-minded artists who share our ethos of community, care, and sustainability.
All donated works will be exhibited at Bon Volks on 27 September during the 10-year celebration, with the auction closing that evening. Proceeds will help us support artists and their creative practices and ensure that we continue to provide a safe, sustainable and inclusive environment for Margate’s creative community.
